Our Wedding Menu
[After careful consideration and quite a few years of experience in the Wedding Catering industry we've come up with something that will leave your friends and family in awe! [Option 1 : Standard Plated Menu]
Price: R145 per person (excl VAT)
Our chefs will serve a portion of your selected menu per person and this will then be served by the waiters
Please make sure that you arrange for extra staff (waiters) to serve and to clear the tables as our staff will only be there to prepare and dish out the food.

[Option 2 : Standard Buffet Menu]
Price: R245 per person (excl VAT)
Your choice of menu will be displayed buffet style for your guests to help themselves to our delicious cuisine over and over again

Additional Info on our Wedding Service:
- We will supply all the necessary catering staff in order to provide avery smooth service on your special day. Remeber to visit "Our Friends" link to book additional staff to serve drinks and to serve the food if you choose our "Standard Plated menu"
- We are more than happy to discuss your specific catering needs face to face; and maybe even do an inspection of the wedding reception venue, if found to be necessary. So if you would like to set up a meeting with us please contact us.
- We will arrive roughly 5 hours prior to eating time to start preparing your menu. Please remember that all our food is prepared onsite in our unique Spitroast machines and will then be served into chaffing dishes if you opted for the Buffet menu or plates if you opted for the Plated menu.
- We will supply vegetarian substitute's to all meaty dishes for any veggies attending. So please make sure to include the number of veggies in your order form when making a booking.
- We can provide White China Crockery and Stainless steel Cutlery at an additional cost (see order form). This will be cleared after the meal by our staff and will be taken to our premises dirty. If you want to set up your tables instead of having the plates and cutlery on the buffet table, you are more than welcome to collect them from us the previous day.
- If you are struggling to find a suitable venue that allows outside catering, please browse our venue's section. You might just find the perfect Wedding Venue!
- All we require from you on the day would be 1.) a few (2-3) trestle tables to set up our Salads, Crock- & Cutlery, Breads and condiments 2.) Sufficient light for an evening function 3.) Access to an electricity point 4.) dishes for any leftovers and 5.) A VERY GOOD APPETITE. .
- We require a 3 x 3 meter space for every 50 people to setup our preparation station
